Return Policy
We do our best to make your shopping with us a real pleasure. But if you are not satisfied with your order, we will for sure exchange it or make a refund.
Here are the options:
- Please write us an email at *** stating the problem.
- Let us know whether it is a refund or exchange. We need your order number, and approximate purchase date.
- You will receive your return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded or exchanged.
WARNING: If you do not receive any emails from us within 24 hours, please check your spam-filters. See if there are no messages that were blocked recently. This is the most frequent cause why you may miss a letter from us.
Note: Return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it. All the manuals, accessories, and the packing slip should be enclosed.
We would be pleased to exchange or make a refund on most items you buy, up to 14 days after your receive your purchase.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable. But we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or in case we have determined that the product has manufacturer's defect.
Both defective and non-defective items must be returned in their original purchase condition. The original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer should be enclosed.
Note: If a returned order has some items missing, we may refuse the order, or deduct the value of the missing materials from the total credit amount.
In case the price of the exchanged item is higher than the price of original purchase, please enclose a money order for the price difference. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, we will issue a refund for the difference in price.
